How we use your personal data

Your information will be held by us and may be used by us for the following purposes:

  • to send requested documents or information to you, to contact you for a free Breakthrough Call or to deal with any other specific request you have; and for use in or to assist with marketing and business development activities.  For example  your information may be added to our marketing database so we can contact you by email, mail, phone or fax to tell you about products or services available from us;
  • or to send you invites, information or publications (such as e-books, email alerts and updates) that may be of interest to you. Information and statistics generated about marketing activities may be used by us for planning and management purposes, to analyse our business and/or to conduct market research about our business.

We will only disclose or allow access to your details to third parties who are acting on our behalf or providing services to us in commercial confidence (e.g. to appointed agents).

Email alerts and updates
If you choose to subscribe to one of our mailing lists, the data you enter during the signup process will be sent to Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), which we use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. You can read their privacy policy here:

Should you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any of the email campaigns you have received from us.

Our email updates require you to confirm your subscription by clicking on a link (a double opt-in) to provide extra security of your email address and personal data.

If you receive an email alert or update from us, we are able to track the receipt of, and access made to, such emails by your individual email address. This information will only be used by us for the purpose of conducting research about the use of such marketing tools within our business.

If at any time you no longer wish to receive communications from us, simply email us with the message ‘unsubscribe’ or click on the unsubscribe link we provide in every email we send out. We will remove you from our mailing list immediately.

We will never rent, sell or communicate your data to any third party organisation for the purposes of email marketing.

Blog Comments
To block spam comments from being submitted to our blog, we use Akismet anti-spam software. When the comment is posted, the data (including email address and IP address) are sent to Akismet's servers for analysis. Akismet is a product of Automattic, the same company that created WordPress. ReCAPTCHA is a service provided by Google that allows us to confirm that only real people and not spambots are able to submit our contact forms. When you tick the box that says “I’m not a robot”, Google place a cookie called NID in your browser, that communicates information such as what language your browser is set to, the date, how many mouse clicks you have made on the screen, and what other Google cookies you may have on your device.

Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts API to provide the font faces we use on this website.

When you use our website, some data, including your IP address, will be transferred to and stored on Google’s servers in the USA. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing the service, and is not associated with other data Google may hold on you. Cookie Script
When you click “ok” on our cookie consent popup banner, a cookie called ‘cookiescriptaccept’ is set so that you will not be asked to reconfirm your acceptance for a period of time.

We do not use cookies to gather personal data such as names or email addresses.
